Online Scout Manager (OSM) is the online platform that we use to administer much of the personal information held by the Scout Group. It is also used to keep a record of badges obtained by young people, information about camps and events and to manage our payments.

All of our important communications are made by e-mail. Where these require you to access Online Scout Manager to let us know your child is attending a camp or event, to take a payment or to update your child's personal information you will receive an individual link in the e-mail to allow you to do so. You do not require a login for the site as links sent by e-mail are unique to each person.

Is my data secure on Online Scout Manager?
Yes. Data is held on Online Scout Manager consistent with General Data Protection Regulations. Only leaders holding a completed Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check with a genuine need to access this data have access.
